Minor’s Policy

For the purposes of this policy, our Terms of Service, and any other VFJC policies, any individual over the age of 13 and under the age of 18 (or for Canadian residents, under the age of majority of their province or territory) is considered a “Minor.” Individuals under the age of 13 are not allowed to use VFJC or any of its services. If VFJC becomes aware of a User under the age of 13, we will permanently delete their account.

Minors may only use VFJC’s services if they have appropriate permission and supervision from their parent or legal guardian. Parent or legal guardian personal details will be required and will act as the “account owner” for “Seller” accounts. The parent or legal guardian name provided is subject to verification, and the named parent or legal guardian is responsible for any and all activity conducted on a Minor’s account in accordance with our Terms of Service. VFJC may request additional information to verify such permission and the identity of a parent or legal guardian, including for the purpose of compliance, security, and fraud prevention.

Not all redemption methods are available to Minors’ accounts. If using a financial account of a parent or legal guardian, Minors should be listed as an authorized user. If a Minor is using their own financial account in their name, they may be required to provide additional information to verify their identity.
